Marcy Engineering addressed persistent heating imbalances in the Carlshire co-op's two seven-story buildings by installing a new control system with sensors in about half of the apartments and on many of the steam and condensate pipes. This approach allowed for precise data collection, leading to targeted repairs and adjustments that significantly improved the system's performance and reduced resident complaints.
